Two days of bands, spice food, dancing, drink, Grenfell and wrong attitude, with one million in attendance?

2019 is in the planning and so is the heightened security in relation to a probable Islamic terrorist attack! 

This year it would seem the community did work together for another great parade, but they still do not seem to want to end the gang violence that could see the end of this annual street party? 

Where are the Christians, why are they not seen to be speaking out and if not why not?

The Chasm? Part-One.

The Chasm between Classes!

Our world and society today claim that it is free to live and do as one pleases?

But we soon discover that this is not so, since in society we know that there is a massive widening chasm between the rich and poor classes!

The amazing thing is that class still exists, we see this blatantly on offer in relation to all that is not happening with the survivors of the Grenfell tower disaster in W-London. U.K. it is also seen in many other places such as the far-east, where old people are cleared off their lands and out of their shanty towns by prospecting planners and corrupt officials!

But there is another chasm that the bible speaks about in relation to all of human failure, this separates us from God and without faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus we cannot cross it into Eternity?

A united humanitarian Front?

The truth is that Britain and its various religious leaders like to keep up the front of unity, when the reality is far worse than meets the eye? The world will either be rational or ritualistic in believing that humanity covers over hatred?

The truth is far harder to bear, British and most western policies are now clashing with the Middle-East! The Internet and mass immigration has caused local frictions, but when a young man detonated himself in Manchester killing twenty-two mostly woman and young children a door was opened to sectarian warfare!

This morning another fanatic has tried to mow-down Muslim worshippers at the notorious Finsbury Park Mosque, if not also the fire at the Grenfell tower-block inferno was not also a backlash attack?

As believers we must not allow politics, or nationalism one kind or another to influence us? We must stay clear of the leaven of hypocrisy and the rationalism of wickedness!
