MANIA!

 Fear of loosing Power?

The Christmas story has so much blessing and hope in it, yet it also has horror in relation to the wise men from the east visiting the Kings palace in Jerusalem to meet the Messiah and the Savior of the Gentiles!

King Herod, who was only a proxy King in name and a vessel of the Roman occupation was in fear that another line of the David family was going to take his throne and he was infuriated when the three kings did not return to the palace!

Jesus and His earthly mother and father had to flee to Egypt as Herod ordered the massacre of all male children from baby to two years old in Israel.

Today we are experiencing a transition of power in the U.S. that is not nice and the President Biden is proving to be no better than Trump, each clinging on to power and maybe with Trump in four years time the situation now in S-Korea will be playing out in the U.S.?

Disibility? Part-One.

Is not a Limitation!

Many people today forget that to be disabled is not a loss that it once was to an individual? We  are seeing this with the Para-olympics and in many other sports fields, but there are as many people working daily across the professions that are disabled in some way but they are not limited to what can be achieved?

The Bible tells us about many conditions that people were able to live with, such as lameness in the case of Mephibosheth and the leprosy of Job.

In the New Testament even Paul had a nagging problem!

But there are other disabilities that have to be addressed in relation to mental illness and their was Saul and Herod, who due to their power led to thousands being killed! So their is a time and place for disability and not all people can work or should because they could be a danger to others?

Disrespect. Part-One.

Do you get the feeling that Trump does not like Black People?

In fact does he really like anyone at the Apprentice showdown tower in New York, when daily people are fired? Sadly one has to admit many of them like Spence were total idiots, when it came to major historical events!

The new news headline at the moment is his attack on the NFL and his belittling of American football and Baseball as boring games? This attack comes because he cannot get what he wants with Obama care and so he is indirectly attacking the Black Lives Matter movement!

It is sad to see politicians and leaders come to power and not be able to maintain it or to deal with people and their needs?

Men are blinded by wealth, success and selfishness, they will brag and boast and if you read the bible you will find many evil people there who had a high opinion of themselves and alas they hung themselves!

CHRISTMAS. Part-Three.

Three Kings.

Wise men or the Magi, set out from Babylonia and followed the long awaited bright star. It took them one year to get to Jerusalem and they headed for the palace to seek the King of Israel.

There they met the mad, paranoid king Herod who was bemused of their arrival. But he had a hidden agenda as so many do!

The Magi eventually found Jesus and presented Him their gifts. But on leaving an angel told them to go a different way. Thus when Herod found out, he felt mocked. But his intentions was not to honour Jesus, rather to start a genocide, in which every male child up to two years old was murdered.

Incest. Part-One.

Lot.

The bible is a great book to read, because it deals with all aspects of the human character and this scares many people off.

Many Christians do not like to mention these subjects that we have been covering, because they have become taboo.

But these things need to be discussed and avoided, because there are always bad out comes for our actions if they are not dealt with and sorted out.

Lot the nephew of Abraham was made drunk and silly by his daughters, who slept with him and produced children. These children later became a problem to the people of Israel in the land.

That could mean in your own life or situation families now hate you and your relatives because of this sin.
