The Harvest Time!

 Reaping souls and Thanksgiving?

Wither we come from a farming or fishing community we can still enjoy the fulness of this special to give thanks to God for what He has done for us this year, more so in saving us and our families from the Coronavirus?

But there is always work to be done when we are believers in the death and resurrection of Jesus, the fields are white as snow and He said that the workers were few!

Our challenge from God is always to take up the gauntlet and be getting on with His work over that of our own?

Halloween and Christmas are ahead, they are great opportunities to reach out to our respective communities and families with the Good News message of Jesus?

John 4:35,   Luke 1:79,   Romans 3:21-31,  2 Corinthians 1:11,  1 Timothy 3:16.

Don't Panic?

An opportunity to Reflect!

This is not a great or good situation to be in at this time, with many dying around us but it is a time when we can reflect on what God is doing for us?

Not all is lost and much can be gained, being with family may rebuild lost bonds or show us the worth of our relationships that may have been hidden by the busyness of our hectic lives?

In our reflection we get to be parents of our children helping them to faith through games and others from the Bible, if not ourselves improving our prayer time and study and praising God with the music that we have gathered over the time of our conversion!

1 Chronicles 16:10,   Psalm 5:11,   31:7,   63:11,   89:16,   149:5,   Proverbs 24:17,   Isaiah 12:3,  Luke 15:10,   Romans 5:11,  Philippians 3:3,  1 Peter 1:8,   Revelation 19:7.

Summer Opportunities? One.

Prayer and Witness!

This is a great time of the year to share our faith with others and also to start something new in our prayer lives?

Good weather and holidays brings people out and there is almost unlimited opportunities for us to start a conversation, make new friends and listen to others problems, before we take not and go home to pray or share with our fellowships!

We will be rejected by some, but others will want someone to listen to their situation as someone listened to ours that lead us to faith in Jesus!

Psalm 145:2,  Proverbs 15:29,  Matthew 6:1-4, 6,  Romans 12:2, 12,   Philippians 1:19,   Hebrews 10:10.
