Christmas!

 Our light to be seen and not Hidden?

T'is the season of merryment and cheer in the celebration of the birth of Jesus our Savior and that is all that it may mean to us, a time of religious appearance and the rest food, drink and sexual intimations in the traditions of the world?

We have something if we are truly born again or converted, we have the light of God that must not be hidden from the world, the Holy Spirit will empower us to share that real meaning of this time and many to our surprise seriously want to hear what we have to say and the need for Salvation?

So when asked have the answer to meet the need, the gift to listen to people problems, worries, even their anger of injustice!

Stephen...

The first Christian Martyr.

Stephen was not killed by religious men, he was killed by Liberals. Today we might call them ''do gooders, the ones who fight for our rights.'

Stephen was not killed because he had faith in God, he was killed because he spoke the truth.

Even good people do not like to hear the truth, because the truth is they are doing things in their own strength and for their reputation.

We all have something to hide, maybe we are really timid and weak. We pretend to be tough, to stay in the pack.

But you cannot go on as you are, that is why Jesus came to set us free from the darkness that we are comfortable and ignorant in!
