Living in Denial. Part-Two.

The denial of History and the denial of God!

The world shares in the denial of God, it also shares in the denial that it continues to fail and commit sins?

There are many who will praise this new film on the serious prosecution of British Holocaust denier David Irvin, but at the same time they will themselves deny Jesus/Yehua as their own Lord and Saviour?

These and many other things only show the fallacy of humanity in making excuses, claiming one side is better than the other in moral fibre?

Joshua 26:27, Matthew 10:33,  Mark 8:34,  Luke 20:27,  Titus 1:16.

Living in Denial. Part=One.

Emancipation, Genocide, Holocaust Denial?

Last evening I saw a historical programme about the Scottish influences in the Southern-States of the U.S.A. It was so sad and pathetic, that a Christian people set out from being oppressed in their native land to do the same to others in America.

They formed the Kuklux Klan to defend their fantasy dream based on classical fictitious romanticism and this lead to the many ideas that Miss Rosa Parks stood up to in the 1950's-60's in Atlanta, Georgia, that won black civil rights!

But God proves time and again that no one race of creed in this world is exempt from racism and hatred of another, black white or another colour! This has been proved over the last two-hundred years with genocides and the Nazi-German Holocaust!

Judges 12:6, Job 31:2, Matthew 2:6, 1 Corinthians 11:12, 2 Peter 2:1, 1 John 4;1, Revelation 19:20.

New Year 2017.

Resolutions?

When we make promises to change, to loose weight, to take up a new hobby, to get out walking more, perhaps even get married? The problem is the same every year, after a few weeks we give up and go back to what we were fat, lazy, liars and ignorant of the facts of our condition?

There is as many people in the Church today, who once made a choice to follow God, they all went through the processes, said the right things? But they never really meant in their hearts, they are what the bible calls the weeds that choke the real believers?

Matthew 13:26-40, Romans 5:8, Ephesians 2:4, 4:14, 1 Timothy 4:2, 1 John 4:11.

A bed of Roses?

Stephen and being a Believer!

The traditional image of the Christian Church is of it being easy, like a bed of roses?

But to be a born-again believer is only for the tough and its great to know that God chooses us for His service!

Weak things are strength, while those who appear to be strong are really the weaklings!

Stephen was a man who spoke the truth to a libertine world of his day and they could not cope with him so they did the same as with Jesus a year earlier.

So they set him up and had him stoned to death, but he was tougher because he forgave them and asked God that this not be held against them!

Acts 7:51-60,  2 Corinthians 12:10,  Hebrews 4:12.
