LOVE!

 The key to Success?

Love solves problems wither in Ekklesia, at home, work the political word, if we know we are loved it really helps to build understanding and thus many things will get solved!

We as believers know that we love God and that He loves us, but the key is when we love others showing both concern and compassion for them as Jesus has for us?

If we had more love for others most of the problems in our world today would get solved and the power of sin in the lives of many would be stumped!

John 3:3, 14-21, Mark 10:21, Luke 7:47, Hebrews 1:9,  1 John 4:10-11.

Seek and Find?

'Whose knocking at the Door!

The Christmas story is about a set of miracles and events that are a pivot of human history, when Jesus came into our world in human flesh from Eternity! Born of the Virgin, seen by the outcasts of society, rejected by a Royal family and gifted by foreign leaders, this is the story of the Messiah and Saviour of the world.

He was born in a humble place a symbol of His human nature that we would later see in his ministry and His going to the cross for all believers by faith!

But Christmas may have many aspects family, presents, the special meal, loneliness and rejection, homelessness and more? But it also brings to us the opportunity of Eternal Salvation through our repentance and faith in this child Jesus!

Jesus said, 'I stand at the door and knock, He who asks will receive!

Will you ask Him this season to come into your life? You have to ask to receive, will you open that cold hard door of your heart to His love, care and concern for your wrong direction?

Revelation 3:20,    Amos 5:4,    Matthew/Levi 7:7-8,    Luke 15:24,   32,    James 2:24,   26.

A mothers Love?

Appreciation!

The end of this month sees another celebration of our mothers, despite the traditions and requirements of this day? We tend to forget that our mothers mostly tried to do and do continue to do the best for us?

But it us who have to return that love in our responsibility and actions is helping our parents if we can? Cleaning, caring, shopping, taking them out and returning that love which will build our relationships!

Jesus too had a mother who loved Him, she may have not full understood Him, until after the events cared? But she stayed the road with the believers who followed Him well into the establishment of the early Church!

Genesis 2:24,  3:20,   Matthew/Levi 1:18,   2:11,   Mark 7:7-11,   Acts 1:14,  Ephesians 6:2.

Fire People? Two.

Ready to witness Jesus?

Today thousands of believers globally are sharing their faith in Jesus, some because they want to and others because they have too?

Some will die, some maimed, others rejected or ignored, it is a cost to us personally but in the long run lives near and far to each conversation, each tract sent will be changed!

Never give up doing good, never give up talking about Jesus-God!

Because many strangers in Heaven will one day than you for your perseverance and kindness to them, if not Jesus love shining through the Fire Peoples!

John 4:14,   10:28,   1 Timothy 4:16,   2 Peter 1:10.

LOVE Expressed?

St. Valentines Day.

The romantics in us will perhaps mark this day with the card, roses, box of something nice and the meal? Some will do it as an appreciation of the wife/husband other to get that partner into bed for a randy night of passion?

But this is not what St. Valentine is all about, but rather expressing Christian love to those who are without, the poor, the immigrant, the refuges, the homeless and so the list can go on and on? What is involved is putting yourself out for others, a meal, a blanket, clean clothing, a chat, showing interest and concern for what they have are and possibly might go through!

It about showing the love of Jesus, if what we claim is real in that we know the Lord Jesus as our saviour? We have to show His compassion, because any of us could fall and end up on the streets, be homeless or addicted to something?

Matthew 9:36, 15:32, Ephesians 2:4,  1 John 4:10-11, 19.

1st May.

A day for the Workers?

Today many people who work for these plethora of the many gig economy companies are actually more worse off than their ancestors one hundred years ago?

19thCentury socialism fought for the rights and equality of the workers, who had been exploited by their bosses throughout the Industrial revolution.

But today there remains several totalitarian governments who are enslaving their people, because they have taken socialism to the extreme and thus they have reverted to the denial of many other freedoms!

God calls for believers in business to be fare, show concern and be compassionate to their workers situations!

Exodus 6:9, Psalm 71:4, Ecclesiastes 10:13, Malachi 1:4, Matthew 15:37, 1 Corinthians 8:13, Colossians 3:12, 1 John 3:17.

Nothing like LOVE. Two.

God's Love, real Love.

The love of God/Jesus is a love of cost and value, it is not about empty words!

If we believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus and have repented of our failure, God asks us to Love Him and to love those around us.

Actions do speak louder than words and No thanks is better than flattery.

The love of fellowship, friendship in care and concern and in compassion, what more should be said?

Matthew 22:37-39,  Mark 12:30-31,  Deuteronomy 6:5-7, Philemon 1:8-10,  James 5:20.

Preparing for Christmas.

Care and Concern.

Christmas is perhaps the biggest holiday season in the world, it comes but once a year and lasts for about one month. This depends on which tradition you belong to, but most of this season today is more about things than the central message.

Jesus came into our world by two miracles, one He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. Jesus was not born in a palace as the wise men or Magi thought, searching for the New Born King. Jesus was born in a dirty stable and laid in an animal feeder.

There is a big difference between being a traditional Christian and a Born-Again or Converted believer. We may be preparing our food, drinks and presents, and everything else such as presents, decorations and the tree.

But Jesus warns us that we need always to be looking out for others, who are in need!

Matthew 25:35-46,  Hebrews 6:10-12,  13:2,  James 1:27,  2:14-16.

Love. Part-Two.

Care and Concern.

Do you care about your family, mum, dad, grandparents, brothers, sisters, relatives?

It is so easy to love your own and it is so easy to say, 'I love you!

What God really wants us to do is to show real care and concern for others, do the washing up, sweep the yard, take some old person to the store and if they over run on the cost you pay that extra.

Now that is showing real love, just like Jesus showed us His love by going to the cross.

Genesis 4:9,  Psalm 27:10,  Proverbs 1:32,   Matthew 25:36,   Acts 20:32.
